Ticket price is for entry to Santa's Grotto. 

Santa’s Elves will lead you on a fun journey through our Winter Wonderland to find Santa.

After chatting with Santa, his elves will show you into the Toy Workshop where you can select your gift.

Please note that adult options don't include a gift from Santa.

This event is suitable for children aged 12 and under.

These are group sessions, with up to 35 visitors in each session.  

Each session lasts for approx 25 mins.

Tickets may be available to purchase on the day, subject to availability.  

To avoid disappointment, it is advised to book online.

·      This is a ticket only event & all adults & children require one ticket per person

.       Advance online booking is essential as key dates sell out quickly 

·      A MINIMUM of one Adult & one Child per booking

·      Children must be under the supervision of an adult for the entire event

·      We reserve the right to refuse admission if a ticket has not been purchased

·      Toys are NOT available to choose in advance & only apply to a child ticket.

.      Please select a gift that is appropriate for your child & their age.  

.      Our Elves & helpers cannot be held responsible for your child's toy choice.

.        If a Grotto session is shown as 'Sold Out' contact enquiries@elmcourtgardencentre.co.uk.

·       Arrive 5 minutes before the event.

.      Bring your printed ticket or digital booking confirmation.

.       We aim to start each session on time.   

.       Late arrivals will be moved into the next available session
