TERMS & CONDITIONS 2021

 

PRICES;

The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on the Elm Court Garden Centre Ltd website at the time you place your order.  Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.  We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway (payment will show as Payment sense).

COVID 19;

Although we currently remain optimistic in these uncertain times, if legislation or government instruction changes around covid 19 distancing or large gatherings we may have to review, alter or cancel any or all of the events.  In the event of us cancelling the sessions, refunds would be provided in full.

If you or anyone in your party display any Covid symptoms please do not attend !!

 

TICKETS;

Your e-tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours.  This is your proof of purchase, please print out and bring your e-ticket with you or have the digital ticket ready to show on your mobile device.  We do not have printing facilities at the Garden Centre so please print before you arrive.  If you do not have a printer or a mobile device then please make a note of your Booking Reference Number and bring with you, along with some ID and the card you made payment on.  It is your responsibility to check your tickets, mistakes cannot be rectified on the day of the Event

 

ENTRY;

Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled Event booking time  Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (over 18) at all times.

 

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL;

Should the event have to be cancelled as a result of events outside our control (for example, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, illness, etc) we will endeavour to re-book you at an alternative time. If no alternative is possible then we will issue a refund.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT;

Once purchased your on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.  We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.

·         Please bring your printed ticket or digital ticket shown on a mobile device  on arrival

·         Tickets are only valid for the date & time printed on the ticket

·          If you have not been able to print your ticket or are unable to present your ticket on your mobile device, bring your booking reference with you along with some ID.

·         It is your responsibility to check your tickets, mistakes cannot be rectified after your booking is paid for

·         If tickets are purchased on behalf of others, the purchaser accepts these Terms & Conditions will apply to each person they book for.

·         Disabled parking, accessible toilets, and baby change facilities are available on site.

·         The site does not have any steps making it most suitable for wheelchairs, prams and buggies.

·         Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigarettes)

·         CCTV cameras are used to assist with Security and Health & Safety.

·         We reserve the right to exclude anyone from the premises whose behaviour is improper and which may affect the enjoyment or safety of our other guests and staff, without the right to a refund.

 

CANCELLATIONS;

All cancellations must be made up to 24 hours prior to the booking time shown on the ticket to qualify for a full refund. Refunds after the event are at our sole discretion.

 

COMPLAINTS;

We accept that, despite every effort being made to ensure you have a trouble free, enjoyable family experience, things may occasionally go wrong. If you have a complaint you should inform our staff immediately. They will attempt to resolve the problem as soon as possible. If, however, an acceptable solution is not found and you wish to take the matter further, please email us at events@elmcourtgardencentre.co.uk  detailing in full the nature of the complaint, wherever reasonably practicable within 7 days of your visit. This will allow us to investigate your complaint fully.  Refunds after the event are at Managers sole discretion.
