TERMS & CONDITIONS 2024
PRICES;
The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on the Elm Court Garden Centre Ltd website.
Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.
We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway
(payment will show as Opayo)
TICKETS;
Your e-tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours. This is your proof of purchase, please print out and bring your e-ticket with you or have the ticket to show on your mobile device. We operate a strict NO ticket, no entry policy. It is your responsibility to check your tickets, mistakes cannot be rectified.
If tickets are purchased on behalf of others, the purchaser accepts these Terms & Conditions will apply to each person they book for.
Once purchased your on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold. We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.
Tickets are only valid for the date & time printed on the ticket
It is your responsibility to check your tickets, mistakes cannot be rectified after your booking is paid for

ENTRY;
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled Event booking time
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (over 18) at all times.
Disabled parking, accessible toilets, and baby change facilities are available on site.
Dogs are welcome in our garden centre. There is a dog area in our "Bistrant" &"Garden Cafe".
Apart from the "Santa Paws" Event ,Dogs are not permitted in "Santa's Grotto",
"Breakfast with Santa" or "Party with Santa & his Elves"
The site does not have any steps making it most suitable for wheelchairs, prams and buggies.
Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigarettes)
CCTV cameras are used to assist with Security and Health & Safety.
CANCELLATIONS;
All cancellations must be made up to 72 hours prior to the booking time shown on the ticket to qualify for a full refund. Refunds after the event are at our sole discretion.
SITUATIONS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL;
Should any of our events have to be cancelled as a result of situations/issues outside our control (for example, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, illness, etc) we will endeavour to re-book you at an alternative time. If no alternative is possible then we will issue a refund.
We reserve the right to exclude anyone from the premises whose behaviour is improper and which may affect the enjoyment or safety of our other guests and staff, without the right to a refund.
COMPLAINTS;
We accept that, despite every effort being made to ensure you have a trouble free, enjoyable family experience, things may occasionally go wrong. If you have a complaint you should inform our staff immediately. They will attempt to resolve the problem as soon as possible. If, however, an acceptable solution is not found and you wish to take the matter further, please email us at events@elmcourtgardencentre.co.uk detailing in full the nature of the complaint, wherever reasonably practicable within 7 days of your visit. This will allow us to investigate your complaint fully. Refunds after the event are at Managers sole discretion.
