How do I book?

Booking must be done online.  Simply click on the event session you want to attend and follow the instructions and complete your details online, which are held safely and securely.  You can choose the event you wish to attend and select your payment option, including debit and credit cards.  We do not accept PayPal.  It is your responsibility to check your tickets prior to making payments.  Mistakes cannot be rectified after your booking is paid for.

Can I make a group booking?

Yes, however there are varying ticket options for the individual events.  Please refer to the specific event for options. 

What happens when I book online?

On completion of your order, you’ll be emailed a confirmation which contains a unique booking reference number and barcode.  Print out the ticket and present this ticket on arrival or have it ready to show digitally on your mobile device.

 

What is the cut off age for a child ticket?

Our child tickets are up to and including the age of 12, over this age would be considered an adult ticket and will not receive a gift at our Christmas Events.

I don't have a Printer?

If you don’t have a printer, you can show your ticket on a mobile device or simply make a note of the booking reference.  If you are showing us just a booking refence then you must bring photo ID and the card that payment was made on. 

Can I purchase a ticket instore or on the day?

If you are having difficulties booking your Tickets you can ask for help from one of our Colleagues who will show you have to book via the online system and usuing your debit or credit card only (NO CASH TRANSACTIONS).  However, please note, Tickets for Breakfast or Tea with Santa would need to be booked 48 hours before and therefore cannot be purchased on the day.  Santa's Grotto tickets can be purchased on the day but this is subject to availability so to avoid disappointment we strongly advise to book in advance !!

 

What time should I arrive?

Please check your Event Time and arrive 10 minutes before your event Starts.  

What do I do when I arrive for my Event?

BREAKFAST OR TEA WITH SANTA

Please head to the Bistrant for Breakfast or Tea with Santa.  Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before the event starts.

SANTA'S GROTTO

Please head to Santa's Grotto by the entrance of the Garden Centre.  Please arrive 5 mintues before the event starts.

Do you issue refunds?

All cancellations must be made up to 24 hours prior to the booking time shown on the order to qualify for a full refund. 

Can I bring a camera or video to the event?

Yes.

Is parking available?

We have ample free parking in the Garden Centre Car Park

Is there wheelchair access

Our Garden Centre and Events have wheelchair access

Do I need to inform of any additional needs?

Please inform us of any additiional needs when booking your ticket.  You can find this at the checkout page

What other facilities do you provide?

We have Disabled toilets along with baby changing facilities.  We have high chairs in the restaurant and provide bottle & food warming facilities for your baby. 

Can I bring my pet?

Dogs & assistant Dogs are welcome in our Garden Centre.  We have a specially reserved pet section of the Bistrant but this is not open during our Breakfast or Tea with Santa Events.  Unfortuantely unless you have an assistant dog, dogs or pets are not allowed to any of the Events

Can I use my Loyalty Card or Garden Card to book events?

Unfortunately gardening club cards or Loyalty Cards cant be used to book events nor discounts given for the Events.
