Santa's Grotto 2026
Meet with the Elves & follow them on a fun interactive journey to find Santa!
After meeting & chatting with Santa, the Elves will continue the journey ending in the "Toy Shop" where you can choose your own gift !!
Please note that this is a group experience, with up to 30 guests per session. The grotto includes music, festive sounds and periods of increased noise and activity. As a result, the experience may not be suitable for children or adults who would find these aspects overwhelming. However on the Estate behind the Garden Centre there is a company called "Busy Bodies'" who specialises in SENS and offers a calmer enviroment. Each session lasts for approximately 25 - 30 minutes
· This is a ticket only event
. All adults & children require one ticket per person
. Adult Tickets do not receive a gift
. Babies under 1 do not require a ticket but DO NOT receive a gift
· A MINIMUM of one Adult & one Child per booking
· Children must be under the supervision of an adult for the entire event
. Animals are not permitted at this event. With exclusion of guide dogs
. Our prices include admin & booking fees
. We use digitickets to support our ticketing system
. Advance online booking is essential as key dates sell out quickly
. Subject to availability, tickets may be purchased on the day
· We reserve the right to refuse admission without a ticket
· Toys are NOT available to choose in advance & only apply to a child ticket
. Please select a gift that is appropriate for your child & their age
. Our Elves & helpers cannot be held responsible for your child's toy choice
