Meet with the Elves & follow them on a fun interactive journey to find Santa!  

After meeting & chatting with Santa, the Elves will continue on the journey

ending in the "Toy Shop" where you can choose your own gift !!

Please note, there will be a simulated elevator experience. 

This event is suitable for children aged between 1 years & 12.  

Babies under the age of 1 do not need a ticket but will not get a gift.

However If your child is younger or older & wants a gift then purchase a child’s ticket

These are group sessions, with up to 30 visitors in each session

Each session lasts for approximately 25 mins

Please note that adult tickets do not include a Gift from Santa

·      This is a ticket only event

.      All adults & children require one ticket per person

·      A MINIMUM of one Adult & one Child per booking

.      Our prices include admin & booking fees

.      We use digitickets to support our ticketing system

.      Advance online booking is essential as key dates sell out quickly 

.      Subject to availability, tickets may be purchased on the day

·      Children must be under the supervision of an adult for the entire event

·      We reserve the right to refuse admission without a ticket 

·      Toys are NOT available to choose in advance & only apply to a child ticket.

.       Please select a gift that is appropriate for your child & their age.  

.       Our Elves & helpers cannot be held responsible for your child's toy choice.

.       If you need additional assistance, speak to a colleague in-store

·       Arrive 5 minutes before the event.

.       We aim to start each session on time.   

.       Bring your printed ticket or digital booking confirmation.

.       Animals are not permitted at this event. With exclusion of guide dogs

.       Late arrivals will be moved into the next available session
